Kai Greene wins Aus Pro Grand Prix IX 2009 Arnold Classic winner Kai Green not only won the Aus Pro Grand Prix, he smashed the rest of the competition to easily win our 9th Pro Show. Silvio Samuel took 2nd place, with Tony 'X-man' Freeman coming home 3rd. Michael Kefalianos, our newest Australian Pro looked amazing in his debut Pro Show, finishing 4th and earning the right to compete at this years Mr. Olympia. Ivan Sadek shocked the crowd with the mass he brought to the stage, 5 years after earning his Pro card. Ivan looked huge and was well conditioned, taking out 5th place.
The Crowning of A New Champion The 21st anniversary of the Arnold Classic Bodybuilding Championships has come and gone, and by no means was this just another bodybuilding show.
After 10 years and 47 contests, Dexter Jackson finally rose to the top of the sport by toppling two-time and reigning champion Jay Cutler on the way to the biggest win of his career.
The team at Total Nutrition would like to congratulate Brett Montgomery on his awesome effort competing in his first bodybuilding show, the NABBA Qld championships 2008.
The 2008 Australian Titles will herald a new event format. The new format will essentially consist of 2 x One Show events with half the divisions run in the first show followed by the rest of the divisions in the second show. Hopefully this will resolve issues competitors and spectators had to endure in the past...
